The Special Senate Committee on the Charitable Sector (CSSB) tabled its final report Catalyst for Change: A Roadmap to a Stronger Charitable Sector in June 2019. The report follows a fifteen-month long study of the impacts federal and provincial laws are having on charities, non-profits and foundations. Senator Omidvar served as the committee’s Deputy Chair.
